On our Facebook page, one of our TEENology word was "deuces" which is a symbol of saying goodbye or farewell to someone or something. So today, I decided to give "deuces" to some things in my life and I want you to join in with me. 

Today, I'm giving the deuces to:

• Low self-esteem
• Low self-worth
• Low self-confidence
• Past hurts, mistakes and failures

Yep, that's right! I'm saying goodbye to these things because they do not serve a purpose in my life. They do not help me to be a better person or enhance the essence of who I am. So, here's the picture of me giving deuces! :)
