Hey girlies -

This week I want to talk to you about word-power. Did you know that every word you speak has power? That's right! Your words have the power to go and get whatever you say and bring it back to you. Don't believe me? Here's an example...

Let's say you have a test coming up at school. You study for the test, but you keep telling yourself and your friends that you're going to fail. You say it over and over and over again. Then, when the test is over and you get your results back... you failed! Why? Because your words brought to you exactly what you said.

The Bible teaches us in Genesis chapter one that whatever God spoke, it happened right away. He said let there be light... and BAM... there was light! Just like that! Words are very powerful. That's why you have to be careful of the words you speak.

Do you want to get better grades? Then speak or say that you have better grades. Do you want to have a better relationship with your parents or sibling? Then say that! Whatever you want, if you'll only speak, it will come to fruition.
